A HIP-4 market is only as good as its settlement. We grade the operator on how long it takes to resolve a market once the answer is effectively known — the moment the market's own price crossed to near-certain and stayed there. Lower is better; the grade is the median lag.
Grade = median lag: A ≤ 1h, B ≤ 3h, C ≤ 6h, D ≤ 12h, else F. “Known” = the mid held past 95% to settlement; markets that never became clearly decided are counted but excluded from the lag. Served from /v1/deployers.
